Hey everyone! I wanted to show you guys that Herbert has a new background for the arrival of the Club Penguin: Operation Blackout! You’ll need to meet him to get it!
If you’ve already met Herbert in the past and he’s on your buddy list, there’s a cheat for you to get Herbert’s background without having to find him again! Just bring him up in your friend list, click on his player card and then click the gift box and you can get his new background!
