The Penguin Band is visiting Club Penguin as well during the Fair 2014, with an all-new background like Rookie, but getting this background is much easier than finding Rookie since many of you may not have him or any of the Penguin Band members in your friends lists!
Thankfully, the Penguin Band performs in the Fair Hub (with the puffle in the middle) every 20 minutes on the 20-minute mark. For example, times of the performance would be – 10:00, 10:20, 10:40, 11:00, etc.
Once they appear and play their “Anchors Aweigh” song, click on any of the Penguin Band members (Stompin’ Bob is my favorite!) and you will get the background!
